I love the fact that this is something that will vary my workouts. I work out and home and bought the Cathe pyramid lower and upper body workout DVD and love it! I have not used the DVD that came along with the step but look forward to using it to change up the workout. I will also buy another Cathe workout DVD because I especially love doing weights while watching others work out and so that I can use the step more to achieve my awesome better and firmer buns and thighs. Cathe and her friends are such in good shape this will keep you motivated to want to get in shape like them, plus the cast is diverse which to me was a plus. | 4 | Today | VHS is delivered & not DVD as described

This is a sturdy and versatile piece of equipment for people of all fitness levels. Utilizing the adjustable height, I can easily work it into my clients strength and aerobics programs for variety and fun. I originally purchased this stepper to do aerobic step testing for my new clients, but a lot of other applications have presented themselves!
My only criticism of this item would be to suggest that the stability strip on the top level step could be wider to cover the entire top. As it is there is about two inches of hard curved plastic on either side of the strip that could allow for a misplaced foot to slip off. | 5 | Today | Really Fun
This is an excellent product! Love the DVD that came with it and it is in my regular rotation. It is one of the best exercise DVDs I own. The step is well constructed and high quality. I, too, received the Muscle endurance VHS tape and NOT the Cathe Step DVD. Very frustrated. I was then told that I would only have a 50/50% chance of receiving the correct dvd. How can that be right? | 1 | Today |
